Release 7.13

This post is a technical one and may be hard to understand.

This release does not introduce major changes to any of the apps, but it does increase security and optimize our database.

• Update dependencies
• Switch to CircleCI
• Finish migration to GitLab
• Clean, improve, and optimize the database
• Some security fixes
• Minor improvements to the permission system
• Refactor the profile page (there are still improvements to do)
• Optimization to the automated test suite
• Ask user to login again instead of raising error
• Some refactoring and fixes to the home page
